DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING PROCESS
 
Orders are shipped out on all working days except Thursday from our warehouse in Sweden. Shipping is approximately 1-4 working days with PostNord. The shipping fee may vary depending on where you are, but inside Sweden we offer completely free shipping.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Track your order here, click here.
ERROR INFORMATION/MISSING PACKAGES
Rovior is not responsible if an incorrect address is entered at checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order placed for you free of charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and may incur customs charges when they arrive in your country. This only applies if you live outside of Europe!
 
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
