Return Policy – ​​14-Day Right of Return

We offer a 14-day right of return, which means that you have 14 days to register a return from the day you received your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with original labels and in its original packaging.
• Have a valid receipt or other proof of purchase.

How to register a return

• Register your return by sending an email to retur@rovior.se with your order number and information about the return.

• When we receive your return request, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without approval from us.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process the refund, provided that all requirements are met. The refund will be made to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after we have received and approved your return.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping of 49.95 SEK, which is paid in connection with the return. 

Do you want to exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange for a different size or color, make a return according to the steps above and then place a new order as soon as your return has been approved.

If the error is due to us (e.g. if you received the wrong item or a defective product), we will be responsible for the return shipping and can arrange a direct exchange. Contact us at retur@rovior.se, and we will help you!
