As an on-demand provider, we must attach special importance to copyright. If we print motifs or sayings that are protected as figurative or word marks or if we disregard trademark rights and personal rights, we - and possibly you - can receive warning letters and heavy fines. Therefore, we can only activate protected motifs if you can show a corresponding permission. This also applies to designs where you only use elements of protected designs or parodies. Parodies may also infringe existing trademark rights due to the likelihood of confusion. This also applies to images or names of real people, which are protected by personal rights.

If you are not sure whether your design infringes existing rights, you can look at the TMview online platform. If your idea is already registered, someone else was unfortunately faster than you.
Sometimes, moreover, the legal situation changes and we have to remove motifs from our platform again even though they were first activated.

Community Standards

We stand for a peaceful coexistence and are convinced that everyone's lives will be a little more pleasant with the motifs from the Rovior community. Therefore, motifs with illegal content or hate propaganda, which call for violence or are pornographic have no chance with us. Additionally, based on our community standards, we reserve the right to remove other sensitive content or limit its visibility. This applies in particular to the protection of minors or if it contributes to a diverse community. Content that is prohibited by law is generally not printed by us.
