Order & Shipping
Orders are usually shipped the same day from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Shipping is approximately 1-4 working days with PostNord (Trackable Package). We do our best to deliver your package to you as quickly as possible!
Within Europe outside of Sweden, the delivery is approximately 4-10 working days with PostNord (Trackable Parcel)
As soon as your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation emailed to you. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to appear. Once you have received it please track your order on our tracking page .
With each order, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the e-mail entered. If you still can't find the email, we recommend that you double-check the spam folder.

Exchanges & Returns
We have a 14-day right of return, which means that you have 14 days to request a return after you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, click here and log in with the email that the purchase was made with and follow the steps. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with information on how and where to deliver your package. Goods returned to us without first arranging a return cannot be accepted.
When a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping of the item to our office in Årsta, Sweden. We will carefully inspect the item on arrival and if it meets the requirements we will arrange a refund for the order.

You will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

If the card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. Contact your bank or card issuer if you have any questions regarding this.

2. Enter the gift card number and PIN in the pop-up window.
You can pay for your entire order with the gift card or combine it with another payment method.
